Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks - Follow recipes and portion control guidelines - Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with food safety standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or dietary department is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling procedures - Familiarity with culinary terminology and equipment, including knives - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Understanding of basic food safety principles and regulations If you are passionate about working in a dynamic kitchen environment and have experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.
