As Administrative Assistant your role is responsible for maintaining professional relationships with clients to support company revenue and outreach.
Their duties include contacting existing clients to discuss changes, renewing client contracts to guarantee company revenue, Human Resources duties as well as schedule maintenance.
Administrative Assistants must be excellent communicators.
They are responsible for externally-facing relationships with clients as well as internally-facing relationships with support staff.

Must have at least 4 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, 2 of which were in a supervisory role Provide outstanding customer service to clients Manage an ever-growing staff HR duties as assigned Create and maintain a client communication platform Promote cross-departmental communication This position does require availability for an rotating on-call schedule outside of normal business hours.
