Part-time Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance

It is important to us that our property presents well and does not pose as a hazard for any members of the community surrounding the property.
We are looking for an individual who is flexible, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to take on any task put in front of them that day - including but not limited to being responsible for all common areas, collecting debris, pressure washing buildings and light general property maintenance where needed.
Laborer must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
We need a self-motivated, self-starter who commits to performing the tasks assigned and follows safety rules.
