Must be extremely dependable with strong organizational skills.
This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and repair apartments to meet the quality standards set by the manager and owners.
Your position must be able to perform general maintenance duties, light plumbing, painting, and general carpentry work.
It is required that the candidate be HVAC certified, currently hold an EPA license, and knowledge of pool maintenance.
Qualified candidates must have dependable transportation and willing to alternate taking on call rotation.
