Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents.
This position is located in Biloxi, MS.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard.
Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance.
HVAC certification is strongly desired.
This position may have some evening and weekend on-call hours.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools.
This position has pontential for growth into a Maintenance Supervisor position with the right set of skills and experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor the performance and quality of work of other technicians Daily grounds clean up Routine property maintenance Plumbing/Electrical Unit turnovers HVAC certification is preferred or applicant is willing to become certified We look forward to hearing more about you and what you can bring to our team.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
