Looking for experienced residential maintenance worker for local townhome community, the maintenance experience must be working on rental properties, repairing issues inside occupied units such as, toilet not flushing, replace ceiling fans, electrical outlets, etc.
Job duties will include general maintenance and repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, small appliance repair and some simple electrical work (install ceiling fans, change outlets, etc).
Starting pay is $15 per hour with review after 90-days.
Paid sick leave available after 90-day probation period and paid vacation will be available after 1yr of employment.
MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.
THIS IS A CONTRACT LABOR POSITION.
