We are a small resort property.
Majority of the position will be maintenance so knowledge of general maintenance issues is required.
Good work environment, Saturday work mandatory.
Duties:
- Maintain the grounds of the property including lawns, gardens, and landscaping - Operate and maintain hand and power tools and landscaping equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance in units as well as grounds.
- Monitor grounds for aesthetic appearance as well as maintenance.
