Our department is responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees, overseeing payroll and benefits, helping employees with their monthly benefits, analyzing employee attendance and performance.
We're looking for an employee with strong administrative skills who also has an interest in helping other employees realize their full potential.
Able to keep privacy and confidentiality.
Must be honest, able to communicate well between staffs and direct supervisor.
Bookkeep experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Organize records for easy retrieval.
Prepare reports based on data provided by other departments.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of personnel records, such as job applications and resumes, time cards, work reports, and personnel files.
Schedule interviews.
Write correspondence for human resources staff.
Perform clerical tasks to streamline the hiring process.
Coordinate benefits enrollment for new employees.
