Production workers are responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products.
They check for defects, assemble products, monitor manufacturing equipment, and closely follow safety procedures to prevent accidents in environments where materials may be hazardous.
Be able to lift 70-100lbs repeatedly throughout their shift.
Sort and stack roofing material at the workstation.
Package accepted roofing materials.
Perform Repetitive processing.
Maintain clean and tidy work area.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Essential Standard Job Functions Working with staff and management to attain short- and long-term goals.
Become a subject matter expert in your role and model adherence to standard operating procedures.
Understand and learn other aspects of store operations including logistics, associate duties, and responsibilities.
Protect organization by keeping proprietary information and plans confidential.
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop improvement plans where required.
Other duties as assigned.
