Property Manager:
Works to accomplish the following Provides superior customer service Leases apartments to prospective residents Completes leases and lease applications Maintaining resident records and files for leases Processes Applications Posts Rent payments timely Coordinates the apartment make-ready process Walk property several times per day to ensure everything is good Some Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, and the Internet Ability to multi-task Flexibility and willingness to do whatever is needed Professional appearance Pride in work and the apartment community We are a team here and you must have the ability to work as a team member!
