Front Desk Receptionist at busy medical office Preferred Profile:
Personable, bright, dependable, multi-tasking person willing to learn check-in/out, answering phones, taking payments and okay with learning new skills and tasks.
This would be a fast pace position, so being able to still be efficient under pressure is a must.
Description:
Job entails scheduling of appointments, taking messages, scanning documents, etc.
Must have excellent telephone skills and be willing to expand and cross-train on other functions of the job.
Working with nurses, providers, and other staff members will be an every day occurrence, so working well with others and as a team will be required.
