We are needing a customer service oriented person with an eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
This position includes but not limited to duties such as:
utilizing multi-line phone systems, greeting clients, reviewing legal documents, transcribing medical dictations, and performing vital signs in a clinical setting if needed.
Standard admin duties including:
e-filing, faxing, scanning, mailings, & scheduling.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in a high call volume setting Perform administrative duties including data entry, document management, and updating of databases Coordinate and assist in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents Facilitate communication between all departments Participate in scheduled clinics Open to traveling for clinics with advance notice Assists in all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 2 years in an office/administrative setting MS Notary Preferred Experience using a multiline phone system Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multi-task and prioritize Advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs Pleasant, personable and friendly attitude Clean, professional appearance Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
