As an Acquisitions Specialist on our team, you will receive qualified leads to negotiate and finalize the purchasing of real estate investment properties for our company.
Our company generates hundreds of leads on a monthly basis, so this role will also require high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Skill development is at the forefront of our company and industry-leading sales training is provided.
This Acquisitions Specialist is an experienced closer and aggressive salesperson who is motivated to crush their quotas.

Responsibilities:
Build rapport with new prospects, close sales over the phone, and some in-person meetings (as necessary) Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract in a timely manner Relentlessly follow-up with previous sales conversations, to maximize success Manage and utilize the CRM to accurately document interactions and next steps for all prospects Negotiate contracts to purchase real estate investments Overcome objections, and help people solve real-world problems pertaining to real estate Close deals and contracts Schedule and coordinate sales appointments through cold-calling, following up with leads and generating referrals Follow established procedures and checklists to evaluate properties and formulate offers Negotiate face-to-face with sellers on the purchase of their property Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue Assist Company with other projects as needed
