THE JOB:
It is the responsibility of the Table Games Floor Supervisor to directly supervise the operation and conduct of assigned table games and table games personnel, including reconciling table accounts, while providing excellent guest service.
You will also play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
DAY TO DAY:
Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt to the customer with a high degree of proficiency and that superior customer service is provided to guests Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed Reconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipment Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered to Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play Notify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager immediately of any unusual activity of high limit play or if damage/tampering of equipment is suspected SCHEDULED:
On Call schedule will vary week-to-week based on the need for coverage On Call staff is scheduled on an as-needed basis based on their selected availability THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Knowledgeable in three or more game types:
including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations Ability to work selected shift/days on an as-needed basis Describes themselves as detail-oriented Can handle multiple tasks at one time and works well in a fast-paced environment Strong listening and problem-solving skills Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
