In this fast-paced role, you'll be assisting behind the bar to ensure bartenders have everything they need to create amazing drinks and keep the party going! Here's what you'll do:
Stock the bar:
Keep up with drink demands by maintaining a constant flow of liquor, mixers, ice, and garnishes.
Prepare for service:
Pre-cut fruit, slice lemons, and prep garnishes.
Clean and maintain the bar area:
Ensure a clean and organized workspace throughout the night.
Assist bartenders:
Bus dirty glasses, replenish ice bins, and provide any additional support needed for smooth service.
Maintain a positive and collaborative spirit:
Be a team player and contribute to a fun and efficient work environment.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong work ethic and can handle a fast-paced environment.
Pays close attention to detail and prioritizes maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Is physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Works effectively as part of a team and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Maintains a positive and can-do attitude under pressure.
Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible schedule possible, with additional hours required for special events).
Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
