In this exclusive role, you'll be the key to crafting an unmatched VIP experience.
You'll ensure our high-profile guests feel valued, entertained, and eager to return.
Here's what you'll do:
Welcome and greet VIPs:
Create a warm and personalized experience for our most valued guests, ensuring they feel like celebrities from the moment they arrive.
Manage VIP reservations and requests:
Coordinate bottle service, secure the perfect private section, and handle any special requests to guarantee seamless service and meet all their needs.
Cultivate relationships with VIPs:
Build rapport, develop a loyal clientele, and become their trusted guide to an unforgettable night at Elevate.
Oversee VIP sections and table service:
Ensure exceptional service throughout the night, from greeting guests to managing bottle service orders and maintaining a smooth flow of the evening.
Collaborate with the team:
Work effectively with staff, including servers, security, and bartenders, to deliver an unforgettable experience for all guests.
We're looking for someone who:
Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a touch of charisma.
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic nightlife environment.
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
Maintains a professional and positive demeanor under pressure.
Enjoys networking and building relationships with people.
Has a strong understanding of the VIP experience and providing high-end service, including knowledge of bottle service and private sections.
Bonus points:
Experience working in the Biloxi nightlife scene (highly desired).
Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
