Working knowledge in computer systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook are very important, as these are used often.
Summary of Functions (but not limited to):
Maintaining a friendly, professional environment for residents, prospects, and applicants.
Answering incoming calls Guiding tours for prospective applicants through property Reviewing applications for eligibility Scheduling resident appointments Distribution, maintaining, and filing of office paperwork Monitoring fire alarm and nurse call system Creating and closing of resident work orders Inventory of office supplies Job Type:
