Here's what you'll do:
Welcome guests, seat them promptly, and present menus with knowledge and enthusiasm.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
Deliver food and beverages with a smile and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Provide exceptional service throughout the dining experience, addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service for all guests.
Uphold high standards for cleanliness and presentation in the dining room.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 1 year of waitressing experience (experience in a fast-paced casual dining environment a plus).
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
Maintains a professional and attentive demeanor while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Is a team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and management.
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
