As a Spa Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.
By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet and check in guest, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations, service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
Assist guest in changing into spa attire, using various spa amenities such as steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs, and providing them with towels, robes, and slippers.
Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety and cleanliness.
