Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on arcade machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with arcade games.
Repair or replace faulty components, including circuit boards, controls, monitors, and power supplies.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Assist in the setup and installation of new arcade games and equipment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an arcade technician or similar role (slot tech) preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with arcade game components and electronics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
