Server A Server is responsible for maintaining a proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Responsibilities:
Exhibit is conducted in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees Performing cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
Assist in ensuring cleanliness of the dining room during service.
Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, double shifts, occasional triple shifts, occasional split shifts, weekends, holidays, and long hours Understanding of basic room diagrams for station setups and seating charts for guests' Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group environments to customers, clients, and or employees of organizations that we serve 1 year prior food service experience required, preferably in Banquets What we offer you:
