- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) - Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food - Serve food and beverages to guests - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Process payment transactions and provide accurate change - Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles preferred - Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus - Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is desired - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of hospitality and food service industry standards This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests.
