Guest Solutions Attendant Job
Summary:
The Guest Safety Attendant is responsible for ensuring a fun and safe atmosphere.
Guest Safety attendants will be trained and assist with bell services and monitoring/assisting with the elevators.
The Attendant welcomes and greets arriving and departing guests.
Proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations.
Ensures that guest needs are met by closely monitoring assigned area.
Assists guests with questions about the Resort.
Executes security duties on an assigned shift to adequately protect our guests as well as our employees, and the resort.
Files reports and monitors the Resort for a fun safe environment.
Reports all safety hazards and suspicious activity.
Must provide excellent guest service & treat guest and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Keep watch of all security aspects of the Resort, including our FEC, parties and events held in the FEC, restaurants, pool, hotel tower, bars and the entire Resort.
Monitors all event activities to ensure adherence to rules, safety, and dress code procedures.
In some circumstances, the Guest Safety may also be assigned responsibility for a specific area of the Resort.
Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
Accountable for maintaining high service and quality standards and proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations according to brand standards, including Quality Assurance Inspections and Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
Job Duties:
Daily Operations As guest security your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure excellent guest and employee relations.
Demonstrates commitment to Company goals through work ethic, integrity and respect for the Company and team members.
Holds self and others accountable for creating a culture of high performance.
Works closely with management throughout the Company.
Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.
May assists with, encourages, provides and trains guest service standards for all Guest Safety Team Members.
Encourages other team members to set an example of the expected level of guest service.
Personally follows up on all guest inquiries, issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure the Brands and Resorts high standards of quality and service are maintained.
Identifies potential obstacles to exemplary service.
Uses available tools and knowledge to implement ideas to maximize guest satisfaction scores.
May assist with the ongoing training and development of the team members and maintaining all necessary training records.
May participate in monthly Safety Committee Meetings.
Maintains integrity of resort and protects company assets.
Communicates and establish rapport with Guests.
Responsible for seeking out guests in need and immediately helping that guest to encourage a great experience and repeat visitation.
Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained throughout the property.
Identifies potential safety hazards and reports same to the appropriate individual for proper resolution.
Knows hazardous materials used on property and all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing same.
Completes departmental reports, reviewing any potential conflicts and / or misinformation.
Completes all written reports regarding security-related incidents involving guests, employees and/or the property and makes sure that all reports are completed in a timely manner Ensures Supervisor, proper authorities, MOD, the department Director and the General Manager are notified according to company Standard Operating Procedures Operates company vehicles as directed.
Monitors all activities on property to ensure that all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and controls of the company and OSHA are enforced.
Monitors and adheres to responsible alcohol service established by company policy.
Requests and accepts identification from all persons who appear to be under the proper age in the FEC, bars, lounges etc.
May assist in the emptying and refilling all recharging stations and ATMs.
Ensures safe transportation of company monies and assets.
Assist in loss prevention by practicing proper security safeguards.
Understands and is proficient in all systems and tools to perform job duties.
Handle Guest complaints correctly and notify a Supervisor or Manager.
Complete required and ongoing training for the position.
Prioritize and complete all assigned task, for maximum productively and efficiency May serve as a dispatcher during emergency situations, as needed, and coordinates solutions.
Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Must be able to maintain composure under stress in a fast pace work environment.
Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, policies and regulations.
Excellent judgment and decision making abilities.
Must project a professional and positive image.
Maintains a high energy level.
Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
Understand and utilize all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program; report any accidents.
Requests and accepts identification from all persons who appear to be under the proper age in the FEC, bars, lounges etc.
Ensure a harassment-free environment through proper personal conduct.
Respond appropriately in emergency situations to avoid danger to self, Team Members, and Guests; remain calm at all times.
Enforces proper dress codes, age requirements and behavior throughout the Resort in a professional guest friendly manner.
Other duties as required or assigned.
Team Members must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving of instructions:
(a) can get along with co- workers or peers without exhibiting behavioral extremes and (b) respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor/manager.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
