Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to co-workers in the Employee Dining RoomMaintains current and accurate information regarding food items (i.
e.
, preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients)Prepares food items per guest order as required including, but not limited to, breakfast items, sandwiches and entreesEmploys proper cooking methods, cooks to specifications, and handles, stores and rotates food properly in accordance with established health and safety standardsSlice, dice, chop and prepare raw productsWipes counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work stationMaintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standardsMaintains par levels of operating supplies and food product for each workstation obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedureOperates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety proceduresProvides personalized service and uses guests' names when possibleBRING US YOUR BEST.

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredTwo years prior experience as cook in fast paced, high volume food service operation requiredKnowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipmentBasic knowledge of food preparation techniquesKnowledge of weights, measures and recipe yieldRead, write legibly, understand and speak EnglishExcellent customer service/communication skillsAvailable to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as neededMust be able to respond to visual and oral cuesAble to work in constricting areasMust be able to tolerate areas with high temperaturesMust be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizingAble to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environmentMust be able to maintain a neat, professional, well-groomed appearance and uphold company appearance/dress standardsPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
