Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner #within 3 rings#. Use approved greeting and guest name. Use approved script for greeting and closure of all calls. Must have friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Inputs reservations for all transient, internet, casino, government, and group guest efficiently in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Ensure high standards are maintain and compliance with all IP policy and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate and able to use keyboard effectively (35 WPM).Must be literate and fluent in English. Superior customer service skills required. Must possess the ability to deal with a variety of people and guest (internal and external).Must maintain high appearance standards and present a professional demeanor. Guest services experience required. Must be able to work flexible hours. Must have knowledge of operating basic office machinery; i.e. fax, copier, printer, adding machine.
