Responsible for providing guests consistent, friendly, professional service in a rapid-paced dining venue. Determines guest dining preferences/needs and follows established procedures to seat guests in a timely and efficient manner. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests and questions. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Promotes a positive image for Back Bay Buffet and IP Casino-Resort-Spa.

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.High school diploma or equivalent required.Good people skills and a well-groomed appearance.Ability to deal with high-volume, rapid paced venue and maintain positive, friendly and courteous attitude.Adaptive enough to respond to a quickly changing environment.Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed.Must be able to work independently.
