Must have good typing skills.
Must be computer literate and able to operate standard office equipment.
Must be able to effectively communicate by phone, beeper, and two-way radio.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
