Job Description:
Responsible for assisting the Sales Managers/Director through the process of booking groups and conventions, beginning from initial inquiry through the group departure and closing of the file. Provide administrative support by answering phones, filing, scanning, etc. Prepare agreements/amendments, process rooming lists, balance sheets/payments. Other duties include but are not limited to conducting site tours, preparing group resumes, ordering welcome amenities, transcribing meeting minutes & gathering/shipping of Sales promotional materials.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have strong LMS and Microsoft Word/Excel experience; prior experience with Delphi strongly preferred. Must be able to accurately type 45 wpm. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively resolve guest issues. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
