Assist supervisors and agents with day to day operations. Handles pre-blocking request, casino reservations, completes duties list, processes non-guaranteed reservations, and prints back-up reports. Responsible for balancing group blocks, express check-out, pre-registration and processing all motor coach and air registration. Set the example and tone for the office with a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Assist on the front desk processing guest registration when needed. Greets guests' with-in 10 feet of arriving at Front Desk using proper greeting, eye contact and a smile. Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner (within 3 rings). Use approved greeting and guest name. Use approved script for greeting and closure on all guest interactions. Must have friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Apply P.O.W.E.R. Achiever standards for the department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate and able to use keyboard effectively (35 WPM).Must be literate and fluent in English.Superior customer service skills required.Must maintain high appearance standards and present a professional demeanor. Guest services experience required. Must be able to work flexible hours, holidays and weekends.Must have knowledge of operating basic office machinery; i.e. fax, copier, printer, adding machine.
