Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the surveillance department. Protect company assets by observing gaming and non-gaming activities to ensure safety, integrity, security and company policies and procedures are followed. Supervise staff and department activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age. At least five (5) years surveillance experience and previous supervisory experienced preferred. Posses a thorough knowledge of all table games rules, procedures, and gaming regulations. Working knowledge of surveillance software and Microsoft Office programs such as excel and word. Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as hand held radios, video recorders and rewind devices. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
