SUMMARY: The Strategic Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for Newformas strategic customer base and is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and revenue growth within these accounts.
DETAILS: The Strategic Account Manager primary responsibilities include maximizing value for the customer from the Newforma portfolio of tools and driving revenue growth through the sales of incremental licenses and products. The SAM will be assigned a defined list of named accounts he or she will be responsible for. The SAM is expected to develop and foster long-term relationships with key decision makers to provide an exceptional customer experience to all assigned accounts. The SAM will conduct reviews of their accounts on a regular basis to evaluate and continually assess the customers needs in order to meet goals. The SAM will have a set quota based on assigned customers and is responsible for successfully cross and up selling, negotiating, and closing deals to meet personal, team and company goals. The SAM will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the Newforma product offerings and be able to confidently deliver concise and compelling product presentations for existing and new customer opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills a must.
Skilled at all levels of consultative/solution selling process; particularly strong in closing the sale, upselling products and building rapport with customers.
Customer service professional with a proven history of securing and retaining customers and making the sales cycle seamless and enjoyable.
Successful applicant will have a hands-on work ethic, excellent verbal AND written communication skills and be entirely comfortable interacting with customers at a senior management / decision making level.
3 10 years technical sales experience, AEC experience preferred
Technically astute with experience with Project Management, Account Management, Software Implementation, SaaS/Cloud Sales, please apply online Product Demonstrations and Revenue Growth

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
