We are looking for candidates with a proven track record for openings in our Volume, Mid/Large, and Strategic Markets. Openings are based in the West, Central, Southwest and Northeast territories. Candidates will be responsible for identifying prospects, as well as demonstrating Newforma product offerings and setting up perspective customer meetings as applicable. Successful candidates must show demonstrated success in closing deals and success in moving the prospect through the sales cycle to close. All candidates must be comfortable with presenting to C-level executives.
The successful candidate must possess the ambition and passion required to thrive in a dynamic and technological advanced industry. This position will drive, increase revenue and obtain clients. Candidates will work in a highly collaborative, team environment that provides growth potential and significant upside reward.
Job Responsibilities
These positions will present and sell technical products to C-level executives, principals and senior managers within the AECO (Architecture/Engineering/Construction and Owners) vertical markets, engaged in the design and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and infrastructure.
Focus is on selling to new customers within a defined territory. You will issue proposals, pricing, adequately track activities (status) on accounts and have awareness of potential competitive risks.
Possess the natural ability to cold call, while questioning and qualifying potential customers virtually.

Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.
Having the ability to read and understand the customers situation and overcoming any stalls and objections that may hinder the sales process from being obtained.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills a must.
Demonstrated ability to interact with people successfully, either in person or over the phone, to lead or persuade, overcome challenges, and organize activity.
Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
Strong computer skills: desirable.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
