Express Specialized Recruiting Group is looking for experienced Junior and Senior Schedulers for a local MS Gulf Coast business.
Position: Junior and Senior Schedulers
A local construction company is seeking junior schedulers with at least 3 years of construction experience and senior schedulers with at least 10 years of construction experience.
Junior Schedulers will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators and division leadership teams and should have the following skill set:
Ability to provide scheduling support to assigned projects
Ability to monitor and maintain project schedules
Ability to update the master schedule and provide reports consistent with company reporting procedures
Ability to developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule including resource planning and cash flow
Ability to gather schedule information, update, analyze, and prepare reports of the project's progress
Ability to prepare concise schedule narratives describing the status of assigned projects
Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software including resource loading capabilities
Senior Schedulers will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and division leadership teams and should have the following skill set:
Must have an advanced level of construction experience and understand how complicated systems go together in order to properly sequence detailed activities and to creatively re-sequence a schedule when conflicts arise
Proficiency in Primavera with the ability to perform resource loading, cost loading, variance reports, etc.
Ability to value engineer a schedule to its shortest responsible duration
Ability to analyze acceleration options to recommend the best cost option and offsetting against risks with different approaches
Ability to utilize 4-D software to integrate the schedule with BIM models
Ability to draft quality schedule narratives, respond to schedule comments, and write executive summaries
Ability to mentor and coach other team members
