Creates loyalty to Harrah's Gulf Coast among valued gaming customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques designed to stimulate guest visitation and increase trip frequency.
Maintain close ties with targeted guests through in person contacts in designated areas.
Assist Total Rewards with establishing new accounts for patrons.
Act as an on property concierge to guests that frequent the Diamond Lounge as well as other
guests designated by the Casino Marketing Management team.
Assist in the facilitation of events.
Initiate and encourage frequent casino visits from above average customers.
Issue patron complimentaries in accordance with company policy.
Assist Total Rewards Supervisors and other members of the Casino Marketing Management
team in the facilitation of events.
Must assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly
and professional manner at all times.
Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies
as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.
GUEST RELATIONS:
Must greet and assist all patrons with courtesy at all times.
Must understand all facets of table and slot gaming, all facets of casino rating system, all
working of Total Rewards program and all special events.
Live Gaming Table Games Area (Casino Pit) (to view player rating cards prior to the rating
being entered into the system).
Casino Management System (user rights as assigned by the System Administrator).
Responsible Gaming System (user rights as assigned by the System Administrator).
Be mobile enough to move without restriction throughout the casino, up and down stairs
frequently.
Walk and stand for long periods of time.
Operate a computer.
See to operate a computer screen and verify customer bonus point/comp accounts.
Tolerate noisy and stressful environment.
Lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Must be able to hear to respond to P.A. system, radio, etc. Can be augmented with a hearing aid.
Use telephone and radio to communicate during entire shift as needed.Must be able to:
Understand and comply with policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memoranda and
ther written and verbal instructions.
Complete reports.
Read and understand language in order to communicate with patrons and co-workers.
Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
High School graduate or equivalent. Basic computer skills required. Must have polite and outgoing personality and have a neat, well-groomed appearance. Must have exceptional communication skills and flexible working hours.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
