Our vibration analysts monitor the condition of rotating industrial equipment by collecting and analyzing vibration data at customer locations, and diagnosing faults to prevent unplanned downtime.
We currently have an opportunity for an entry level Vibration Analyst in the Biloxi, MS/Orlando, FL area.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Vibration Analyst will be responsible for collecting vibration data at our customer's site, analyzing the data and reporting findings back to the customer. Ensuring and maintaining open lines of communication between the customer and IVC Technologies is critical to candidate success.
Requirements:
Entry level candidates require strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience, or Level 1 certification in Vibration Analysis
Strong mechanical aptitude
Mathematical aptitude (algebra and geometry)
High School graduate or equivalent; some college preferred
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak directly to the issue
Ability to adapt to work environment and communication style of individuals relating to
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers
Strong customer focus and the desire to go the extra mile
Demonstrated computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
