Maintains and coordinates advertising work orders by tracking each job from start to finish through the proofing process to print. Works closely with advertising team to ensure jobs are finished within job guidelines. Presents the first impression for advertising with internal guests and vendors. Professionalism and courtesy is imperative.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Team player. Strong organizational skills and follow-through required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of current PC software including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to perform essential functions without supervision.
Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed.
