Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security department. Responsible for all aspects of personnel management. Formulate and enforce consistent application of departmental and company policies and procedures, including emergency response procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in casino security, police, or military in a supervisory or managerial position. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
