ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

This position serves as Office Manager for Engineering Service, which encompasses maintenance and repair of buildings, utility systems, safety management, fire protection, grounds upkeep, recurring and non-recurring maintenance projects, construction, project development and design, transportation of patients, space utilization, energy management, interior design, moving and relocation services, and long term facilities planning and is directly accountable to the Chief Engineer.
As Office Manager the incumbent supervises all Administrative Staff within the service to include the Engineering Office, Projects Section, Biomedical Engineering Section, Safety Section, Emergency Management Section, Interior Design Section, Transportation Section, and all Engineering Outpatient Clinic functions.
As such this position shall provide oversight for budget formulation, analysis and daily expenditures; work methods and procedures; management controls; manpower utilization and organization; and information and documentation processes to ensure operating procedures and programs are effective for accreditation and in compliance with the standards of The Joint Commission, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, FDA, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
