Human Resources Benefits Specialist

We are currently looking for experience Human Resources candidates to fill an open position with our client.
This role will work within the Human Resources department of a large regional company in the Gulf Coast area.

Job Summary
Administers all leave policies to include the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), HHC Leave of Absence, Military Leave, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Workers Compensation; Assists with various components of health & welfare and retirement benefits administration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
Two to four years related experience and/or training required
Equivalent combination of education and experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
