Job Description
Nurse Practitioners go into the members home and conduct complete physical assessments (H&P) on the members and electronically report the data to the health plan and primary care physician. We do not administer any treatment or prescribe medications. NPs are there to confirm prior diagnosis', report new ones, and report any risk factors that are observed in the home.
Commitment
Per diem positions (per Diem is the minimum of 1 day per week.) Additional days are available to you.
Malpractice Insurance
Malpractice Insurance is covered by the CCS policy.
Scheduling
Schedulers set up the appointments for the Providers.
Vehicle
You must have a vehicle. You will be paid mileage of.55 1/2 cents per mile after 40 miles.
We will assign a collaborative physician to each NP .
Qualifications:
All candidates must be Nurse Practitioner licensed in MS
