Job Title: Modernization Project Manager
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Modernization Project Manager in Biloxi, MS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Modernization Project Manager shall evaluate and monitor the Modernization Project's engineering design and construction progress, provide on-site project surveillance, and perform analysis of construction project data from various automated data sources to ensure data accuracy, and report on issues that may impact the Modernization Project or existing site medical operations.
Qualifications:
Modernization Project Managers must have at least three (3) years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree or two (2) years' experience with Masters for the Engineer/Scientist Engineering Level II position (or equivalent).
Must have experience in project or construction management for multidisciplinary facility sustainment, repair, renovation, and new construction to include Process For Improvement (PFI), including:,
Experience in facility project scheduling associated with project execution,
Experience with on-site project inspection,
Experience with project cost estimating and methodologies,
Experience in preparation of turnkey, design-build, and traditional construction/repair contract statements of work.
Working knowledge of applicable related codes and standards such as NFPA 70, NFPA 101, NFPA 99, ADA, ABA, Unified Facilities Criteria, ASHRAE.
Working knowledge of The Joint Commission Life Safety and Environment Of Care standards, to include experience working with submitting and managing reports such as the Electronic Statement Of Conditions (e-SOC),
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD (computer-aided design) software.
Experience with Air Force civil engineer processes, including but not limited to: Ground Safety, Fire Safety, HAZMAT and Infection Control standards.
Experience with medical or healthcare related facility project management and engineering criteria. To include experience working with, submitting and managing reports such as the Wounded Warrior Annual report.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
