Self Employed/ Owner:
Owned and operated a successful Airport Shuttle Service and Taxi Company on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Employed over 47 employees in the local area. Hurricane Katrina took it all away.

April 1993 - December 1996
Project Manager/ Part Owner:
I coordinated the day to day construction building of a 129-room hotel in downtown New Orleans. Acted as Liaison between partnership and Brood Moor Construction Company and oversaw the demolition of the inside of a historical 12 story high rise structure. Handled all related permitting with state and local agencies involved, completed an asbestos abatement of entire site and finished product of a 15 million dollar key budget under time, and under cost.
